Did a really hard conditioning workout this morning, and it really sucked having to do it. My traininer said I looked strong from start to finish, so I feel more than ready to fight. I still have a few pounds to lose, but don't expect any problems. I still have four weeks to go, and now that I'm being more disciplined about what I eat and drink, the pounds are coming off much more easily than expected. I got my certificate of eligibility from Japan today. Next week I will go to Calgary to apply for my work visa, and return home to finish the week training here. Everything seems to be going well. No injuries, no problems. The skin infection I had last week has completely cleared up, and today I will resume normal training. Looking forward to getting back on the mats after a week off. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I'm really looking forward to this fight. I have 30 days to go, and I'm starting to wish I didn't have to wait so long. I think that might be a good sign...
