Nothing new or exciting to report this week. I am training a little, and spending a lot of time celebrating with friends and family. I am looking forward to life settling down in January, and hope to have news on a fight by the end of that month.

I am training pretty steady now, although I'm really not sure where or when I am fighting next. It's been a frustrating few weeks, but that seems to be the nature of the business. I thought I was fighting in Feb, but now maybe in March. Since nothing is for sure, there's a chance I may not fight in either show. Some days my patience gets tested a little.
While I wait for news, I'm doing the only thing I can do. I'm training. That part I can control, and I'm enjoying it. I'm lifting and condition in the mornings and working my striking and grappling at night. I feel pretty good and whatever happens, I'm hoping to be fighting early in 2010. I'll be sure to make an announcement as soon as I know what's coming up next. |
