		<title>Less than 4 weeks away...</title>

		<description>Less than four weeks til fight time.  All is well.  Training is going great.  No  injuries, weight is right on schedule.  Watched some tape on my opponent last  week.  I think he&amp;#39;s going to be a tough opponent, but I feel I will come out on  top in the end.  I don&amp;#39;t have much else to say.  Life is not too exciting right  now.  Just a lot of training, resting, and training.   I&amp;#39;ll be back here in a  week or two, before I leave for the fight.  Hope everyone is doing well.  See  you soon!</description>

		<title>7 weeks till fight night</title>

		<description>Hey everyone.  Been a while since my last update.  Things are good.  I am back  in Winnipeg, training for my next fight.  I will be facing C.B. Dolloway, at UFC  113 in Indianapolis, Sept 25.I have been training for a few weeks now,  and so far feeling great.  My weight is good, I&amp;#39;m eating right, and training 5  days a week.  In another week or two, I&amp;#39;ll move it up to 6 days a week, and  maintain that until the fight.  Nothing really new or exciting to report, just  training hard every day and getting ready to work hard in the fight.  In the  next week or so, I&amp;#39;ll sit down with my coach and watch some footage of my  opponent, to try to come up with what we think will be an intelligent game  plan.  Aside from that, I just have to be well prepared, and mentally ready for  a hard fight.  I&amp;#39;ll be back here in a week or so to let everyone know how things  are going.</description>
